By accessing or using euqlic ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
euqlic is a shared household and team task management application provided by Transformative Insights Co. ("we," "us"). The Service allows users to create, assign, and track tasks within shared household or team workspaces.
You agree not to:
euqlic includes optional AI-powered features (voice transcription and task field inference). These features are provided as-is. AI output may be inaccurate — always review AI-inferred fields before saving. We are not liable for errors resulting from AI output.
You retain ownership of any content you create in euqlic (tasks, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service is currently free during the pilot phase. If paid plans are introduced, you will be notified in advance and given the option to continue on a free tier or upgrade. Payments, if applicable, are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, euqlic and Transformative Insights Co. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the free pilot, is $0).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
